The room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber (RTV) is divided into three categories according to its components, vulcanization mechanism and applied technique, that are single-component room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber, two-component condensation cure room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber and two-component addition cure room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber. The single-component room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber has the advantage of convenient use with slow curing speed in deep area ; the two-component room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber has the advantages of no heat release during curing, low shrinkage, non-expansion, no internal stress, and the vulcanization of internal and surface can be deeply; since the curing time of the addition cure room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber mainly depends on temperature, the vulcanization speed can be controlled through temperature adjustment.
