Lifecasting is used in making manikins, bras, sexual equipment and human organs.

Description
HY-968 lifecasting is a kind of dual-component RTV or HTV silicone rubber. It is a colorless or skin colored oily liquid, and becomes soft elastic material after vulcanization. The HY-968 lifecasting can be used in making flexible silicone rubber products such as sexual equipment, human organs, human body models, sternum pads, shoulder pads, pasters and non-slip mats, etc.

Features
Under the temperature range of -65℃-- 200℃, lifecasting can preserve its elasticity and flexibility for a long time. Besides, it has fine electric property, chemical stability, non-corrosiveness and resistance to water, ozone and weathering ageing. Meanwhile, colorless, odorless and inert, lifecasting features low linear shrinkage and easy operation.

Precautions
As lifecasting is platinum catalyst, organic matter that contains sulfur, phosphor and nitrogen, etc., may affect solidification of the silicone rubber. Hence, water, impurities, acid and alkali, etc. are prohibited from mixing into lifecasting.

Packaging
20kg component A and 20kg component B is contained in lifecasting, which is transported as non-dangerous goods. With storage period of six months, lifecasting is stored airtight, and acid, alkali and impurity-free.
