Description
With strong resistance to high temperature, moderate viscosity and flowability, HY-998 addition cure molding silicone rubber is suitable for infusion molding and brush coating. Molds that are made through adding special component to the silicone rubber have the merits of high dimensional stability, low linear shrinkage and strong resistance to high temperature up to 300-400℃. Besides, even heated in sealed environment, the molds will not be reduced to silicone rubber. Moreover, addition cure molding silicone rubber is suitable for manufacturing soft molds.

Features
Low Viscosity, good operability, good resistance of high temperature, excellent tensile and tear strength, as well as good elasticity and very low shrinkage of 0.1%. It has no harm to human body. It is capable of deep curing and unrestricted to thickness of products. In addition, the addition cure molding silicone rubber features high tensile and tearing strength, and anti-reversion under high temperature of 200℃.

Precautions for storage
Addition cure molding silicone rubber should not be mixed with organo-tin compound, or vulcanization can not be achieved. Similarly, organic compound that contains sulfur, phosphor, or nitrogen, and organic acid metal salt are prohibited from mixing into the silicone rubber so as to avoid non-vulcanization or incomplete vulcanization. In addition, addition cure molding silicone rubber has a storage period of six months.
